The Fuji Five Lakes Jazz Festival takes place on September 5, 2026 (Saturday) at Yamanaka Lake Exchange Plaza Kirara. Local junior and senior high school students will perform alongside professional musicians, offering musical entertainment for all ages. Saxophonist Runa Watanabe, originally from Lake Yamanaka, is curating the festival to present jazz experiences unique to this venue.
Lakeside Jazz Stage admission is 1,000 yen (tax included) for reserved seating and free for grass seating. Sunset Premium Live offers reserved seating at 8,000–3,000 yen (tax included) and grass seating at 1,000 yen (tax included). With performances by professionals and students alike, this is a must-see event for jazz enthusiasts.
